These Child Safety Standards apply to the Friends Forever International mobile application published by Friends Forever International on the Google Play Store.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Friends Forever International has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these standards:

  • CSAE means any action, content, or imagery that sexually exploits or abuses a minor.

  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) refers to any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.

3. In-App Safety Measures and Moderation

To ensure a safe in-app experience:

  • Users can report content or behavior directly within the app using the in-app reporting feature.

  • All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

  • Content that violates these Child Safety Standards is removed immediately.

  • Users who violate these standards will have their accounts permanently terminated.

  • We use a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce these standards.

4. Reporting to Authorities

Any confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where required, to relevant law enforcement authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
